Google Ads on Sudoku

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I use the Sudoku program an Android and made the purchase on the same Android phone.

The subscription worked for about a week until the phone reinstalled or updated Sudoku. Previously I had something like 971 points - after the reinstall I was back to none. That was very annoying, but nowhere near as annoying as finding that the ads were back again.

I have tried the "remove ads" function, but it did nothing, and simply came back immediately, exactly the same as before. I take it from your note that I should be logged in to Google Pay or something for this to work?

I am not sure how to do that. I was logged in to Xbox Live but the "Remove Ads" button either did nothing or else returned an error "Store Error. Failed to initialize purchase module. Please check that you are signed in to Google Play and try again." So, how do I sign in to Google Play?

Sorry - I am a Windows developer, but I struggle with Android.

Ads once again freezing and crashing Jigsaw AND Sudoku

Normally you are right and you can use it the next day. But now it is already 3 days, and with sudoku i only get the wrong ad and cannot play sudoku now for 3 days,

Same problem as Microsoft Sudoku is having. Game locks up while ads are loading.
