Goodbye

So I pay you $60 a year and have been for the last 3 years on this gamer tag, (plenty more gamer tags before this one) never had any issues and stuck with you, even after Sony came out with a better console and a free online service(twice). I, like a few of
your customers, have had every single console you've released. I even remember the HD DVD, the red knockoff blue ray, and I still stayed. I've been with you for years of dedication and defense of an inferior product that costs more not just to own but to use,
dedication to a dying brand. I have spent I've thousands on consoles, a few hundred for online services over the years, thousands in games and accessories, and planned to until the end of it. You had a lifer, and many previously I assume. People are leaving
the brand and I'll you why. After I pay for all of this, me, a representative of your customer base, and a good one at that, but after all of this, you suspend not all but part of the service I just paid for. I understand there's an agreement that I said I
would honor. Honestly nobody reads that. And had I known that after all of the crap that I bought and the years I've spent along side the Xbox brand that you could do that I would have never have stood by you. You can sell something to me and the take it away
while I'm still paying for it? Without a refund? On a service that is offered for free on another superior less expensive platform? Of course I understand you can but it's wrong, and you shouldn't. I use my Xbox live account to talk with most of my friends,
it's more than gaming it a communication forum. Do you think my phone service will shut off for any reason while I'm current on my bill? What about any other service? Is there anything you can think of that the provider can take away and still expect payment?
Would you still buy a car if there was a clause that said, "if you flip off any other drivers we'll come and take your driver side door?" All I know is it's going to be hard to get used to the PlayStation controller.
