    This last message was the straw that broke this camel's back.

    "There is a problem with your saved games - To play you'll need to delete and sync them again. To do this , go to Settings > System > Storage, then select Clear local saved games. They'll be synced from Xbox Live the next time you play this game (0x80831002)

    When I do as it says and clear local saved games it causes Xbox to have start up errors, then I have to complete factory reset which again sort of works but only for a short period of time, maybe an hour maybe a day but same message will come back after
    a while.

    I unplugged and left over night and it worked for a little then stopped again

    The problems started when the xbox was under warranty but now as it is over a year it is no longer covered. I can't find anyway to actually speak with someone from support. I can only text someone and all they say is mail it in for the fee of $250

    I dont play the console often only have a few games, dont get how the console can malfunction so soon after a year. I had a Xbox ever since the first one came out. I was the customer that would argue against the Playstation and say Xbox is better. But every
    since I got the Xbox One X, I have had problems.

    1. The Kinnect is gone, I used it all the time before

    2. Can never play 4k DVDs on my 4K TV, had to buy a separate player

    3. Online group gameplay was never smooth always would kick someone out of party room

    4. Games freezes often

    5.Black Screen or frozen Screen

    6. Saved game error even after a delete all games and file.

    7. customer service is horrible can never get a person to talk to or tech support to assist.

    SAYING ALL THAT TO SAY. TOMORROW I AM TRADING MY XBOX ONE X IN, WITH ALL MY GAMES, SPECIAL CONTROLLERS AND HEADSETS. VERY SAD I HAVE NEVER LEFT ANY PRODUCT THAT I HAVE BEEN DEDICATED TO FOR SO SO MANY YEARS.

    GOING TO NOW BE A PS4 CUSTOMER, SO FRUSTRATING THAT XBOX PUSHED ME AWAY. I HOPE ONE DAY THEY WILL GET BETTER AND PROVIDE BETTER QUALITY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PAID SO MUCH MONEY TO MICROSOFT FOR YEARS

    Getting a out of sync error indicates to me you have a Network connection issue which may still be present with any other console you buy.

    If you're using WiFi to connect to your network hardware, try a wired ethernet cable connection instead.

    Depending on the amount of other WiFi devices connected to your network, you may have bandwidth and/or signal interference issues as well.

    How old is your network hardware? It may require updating.

    I would check these things before rushing out to buy another console, as the source of your issue may not be the XB1X, a console I've had since Day one release with no significant issues other than the network hardware it was connected to.

    It's a shame to read your experience, I personally had a very good experience with Xbox, your opinion is respected, I hope you have a better experience with other consoles

    Thank You. Wish I didn't have this issues. Will wait for the next console they release Hopefully my experience will be better

    contact Xbox Support by requesting a call back, then you may try the following steps to reach an Xbox advocate:

    • Log into Support.Xbox.com
    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • Step 2 : Select a Category (I recommend Xbox One), then See other options
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic (I recommend System Update)
      • Select - Show contact options
      • Select – Request a call from Support

    If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as selections may change from time to time.

    Alternatively, if you'd like to further troubleshoot the issues you've been experiencing with your console here on the forums, then feel free to share any information about the issues (error codes/messages, etc.) and troubleshooting you've already done and
    we'd be glad to assist you as best we can.
