A bit worried. Not for the Xbox but MS itself. Their focus on mobile apps are not quite there yet. They need to focus on core applications which will be used in a widespread manner. But..meh... Let them be.

XCL is a new program; it is an updated program that incorporates the Ambassadors program and adds the Enforcement United (which is currently in beta), and apparently the 2013 beta. The program and the site were launched this month and there are still some
bugs being worked out. Because of this, the site has crashed a few times while they attempt to fix these errors. Just be patient and keep trying the site. It may take a day or two as I don't know if the team responsible for the site works on weekends.
