First off, if your console is still under warranty, I wouldn’t recommend opening it up yourself, that’ll void the warranty. Surprising where dust can get to, use a laser lens cleaning disc on a regular basis to keep it clean.

Even a single speck of dust on the lens can affect how it reads discs.

Have you cleared the dust inside the xbox itself?

Many gamers recommended to me to use compressed air in a can, ones used to clean keyboards to blow the dust out.

My system is clean and has been clean. Not even dust on the inside. Can you suggest a new solution?

sounds like your machine needs some good maintenance but unfortunately opening up a xbox just to clear and clean out all the dust would void it's warranty.

that reminds me it's mine is due for a good cleaning, just cleaned out my desktop computer that was full of dust.
