Xbox rewards credit

Hi. I requested a deposit of my Xbox rewards credit in December, but never received any. Now it says I can submit a request for the 11th of January. Also I still have pending credit from 31/8/2017!

Deposit Not Actually Converted to Local Currency

My rewards deposit from the New Year promo never actually got converted to local currency I'm now realizing. I see the credits were deposited per the credit history in XBL Rewards, but I never saw the credits available to spend in the Xbox/MSFT Stores.

Please advise, thanks!

Hi Ramsesdi. An automatic deposit is scheduled when you have at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending. Since you have over 1,000 Credits pending, you can click the Request Deposit button on your MyRewards page and we will attempt to make a deposit on the scheduled
date listed. Thanks!
