Good as gold achievement not popping R6

Hi I recently achieved gold 3 ,getting the good as gold is my last achievement for rainbow six seige, as you can see this is very unsatisfying. It isn't popping, and I achieved gold about 20 hours ago. I was an idiot though and got my comms banned because I told a dude I would give him 5 bucks if we won. But is my comms being disabled why the achievement isn't popping or what do I need to do. I have restarted my Xbox and quit in and out of R6 but it stills says locked. Is there anything I can do to have the achievement pop, because I don't wanna get gold again.

I've done everything on that list is there anything I could possibly do other than that to get it to work, and would the enforcement people possibly have tampered with my achievement that people had helped me with, is there a way to check that?

Could the notification be popping up because of transitioning from Minecraft to R6 while saving the world data? I have not been uploading Minecraft clips as I connect to R6.

I want to add that I have this issue too. I don't know if this is related to me resetting all statistics near end of March 2015 for achievement "Good to be King" (it's otherwise glitched and wouldn't pop). Ever since beginning of April I've faithfully log
in everyday and do the challenges on the correct day. Now its near mid-July (3.5 MONTHS NOW!!) and the achievement still won't pop after I get the gold and silver cup achievement!!

You have to be carrying 100,000 gold at one time to get the achievement to pop!
