Sounds like your account is underage. The parent account will need to allow you the ability to download more content. If you've been given the ability to download content with a higher rating but still cannot then that could be due to the developer. Some
content cannot be downloaded by underage accounts even with parental permission.

I am also getting this code when trying to download the need for speed run demo and when I try to access any other live activity (e.g., last.fm, netflix, at&t uverse) they all tell me that it needs a connection with xbox live to work yet when I do a test
connection, no errors and it says everything is connected fine....please help

Can you tell us what the error says? Do you get an error code when you try to log in on your Xbox 360?

I bought minecarft xbox 360 edition in the trail when it says that this trail is a demo of the full game. I bought it inside the demo along time ago, now the other day i deleted everything in my memory because i hade problems with it and when i was trying
to download it back is does not show it in my download history or my purchases history what do i do?
