    Good afternoon everybody!


    Who knows what to do when I try to request a console change because mine does´nt read discs and in the process step 4 does not allows me to add a payment method and finish with my issues, perhaps would rather hope them to be solved inmediately because of
    my willing to pay the difference between consoles exchange. I´d thank a lot any help.

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break, but still no codes.

    Good afternoon everybody, not got codes for alan wake after pre ordering quantum break, only american nightmare, contacted support load of times, nothing up to now... really upset about it

    Cuphead won’t launch?

    Good Afternoon Everybody,

    I experienced an issue similar to this. It helped me when I cleared cache and turned the console off completely. When I restarted it worked fine.

    Puedes reiniciar el router e intentar de nuevo. También puedes chequear si los servidores de Xbox live están activos (disponible)

    Como dice en los comentarios reinicie el router, luego recomiendo ir a configuración y chequear en redes para conectarte.

    Hola izzividovich,

    Dependiendo del tipo de error que tengas al conectar tu Xbox a tu red, te recomiendo seguir alguno de los siguientes pasos para solucionar errores
    de conexion a internet

    Tambien como sugerencia personal te recomiendo usar cable en vez de internet inalambrico, es mucho mas estable y mas rapido si lo que buscas es jugar multjugador.
