So I am here pleading to look over the Stereo Headset Adapter Microsoft. Please. I have now had two in a row stop working on me due to a faulty cable after only a few months of use. I have taken great care of them both, yet they both stopped working the
same way. The cable that connects the adapter to a headset is the problem. The thin flat wire. It is very cheap and after some easy use, starts crackling, then just stops working. I have spent hours and hours troubleshooting and making sure that it is
the problem, and it indeed is. Please fix this, or lower the price on the adapters, or maybe even sell the connector wire separately for cheaper. The plastic part that connects into the controller have had no issues, only the wire. Please look into this.
Many of my friends have had the same issues and are very frustrated.

    :)

  2. Mic adapter for 3rd party headphones

I played through the Kinect Voice Chat feature...i had to be in "party chat" not game chat though...they sell xbox one chat adapters on ebay from $20-$70. You can also look to splice your own wires.

  3. Headset Adapter - Chat not heard on my end.

    Yup, I've gone through everything.

Just spent 45mins in chat with Support. LOL

They couldn't explain why the Tritton Adapter works, and the Microsoft adapters don't.

She got into port forwarding on my router. Then try the offline system update for my console if that doesn't work.

    OR

How 'bout I just go buy another Tritton headset with their adapter for $60, as it seems I already wasted $70 on two Microsoft adapters, that don't work on the Microsoft product they were built for.
