Golf: Tee It Up Not Showing In My Ready To Install List.

HI, I dont know if this happened to anybody else or just me.

So recently Golf Tee It Up has now became Backwards Compatible so I went to my Ready To Install list and see if it was their or not, so I took a look and it wasnt, so I went to Games Market Place to find out I needed to pay another £3.39 for something I already
have,

Now I dont know if its just me or everyone is the same problem as I and if its thats the case I hope MicroSoft sort it out soon.

Gin Rummy & Golf: Tee It Up not showing up in ready to install

I feel this is an issue that needs to be checked, I have read a few other reports on twitter and other forums since these titles released of people having the same issue.

These 2 games

Gin Rummy

Golf: Tee It Up

Does not show up under ready to install on the xbox one console.

I have 100% Verified with xbox support that I have purchased, and do own these games and their DLC. They was purchased on my account, as I am the ONLY account. I have owned them digitally for 9 years!, they play fine on my xbox 360.

After all steps we still was not able to get them to download on my xbox one console.

I would appreciate if this issue was looked into, thank you for taking the time.

 

i have the same problem, so i clicked to buy it again and it downloaded and didn't charge me but when i go to play it ask if i own the game

Got the same exact problem it was'nt in ready to install so went xbox one store press to buy £3.39.said thank your purchase but payment made,

downloaded game+dlc started the game

and got an error saying i need to buy the game in store . the error hinted about not having account permission to play it . don't know how that works i've owned the game since launch on 360

Please sort it out xbox..

 

Same thing here. I've spent about an hour and a half on chat with Microsoft trying to clear this up. They keep telling me that it doesn't show up in my purchases which it doesn't. But their system is wrong. I paid for it and downloaded it in 2009, but
their system doesn't show it for some reason. I still have my 360 and it is on there and playable using the same gamertag. I just keep going around and around with them. It doesn't cost much, but it is the principal of the thing.

I'm sorry to see any issues with downloading Golf: Tee It Up! I wanted to check in with you all to see if the game is showing up on your
Download History page for Xbox 360. Click that link, it will load, but you will need to continuously scroll through to get to the bottom of it. After that, do a quick CTRL+F to search for
"Golf". If you find Golf: Tee It Up there, hit Add to Queue. This generally forces the license to an account and will show up in your Ready to Install after that.

However, if it doesn't, I'll need a screenshot of that game on your download history with your gamertag visible in the top right still so that we can get this to the right people. If it's showing up there, then you own the license for it and it needs to
be investigated why it's not showing up on your Xbox One.

If you just bought the game with the launch of it on back compat, then check out your
Commerce page. If it's listed there as a charge for the game, I'll need a screenshot of that, however be sure to block out any card information if it's there; even the last 4 showing could compromise
your privacy on our public forums, and I do not want that to be risked here.

If there is no charge, but it still came out of your bank account, please reach out to them to have it refunded or do a charge back; we do not want your money for something that you have not received.

From there, we can dig into our next steps. Please let me know how this goes, and get me those screenshots so I can get this to the right people! I appreciate your assistance in gathering this information.

i have both already bought but it ask if i own the game on xbox one

 

NEITHER Golf Tee it Up, or Gin Rummy is working. Someone made a very bad mistake in the database at Microsoft concerning these 2 games. Both owned, and purchased, but X-One refuses to see them, this is after a full week of allowing it to go through the
system. Even purchased in 2009/2010

 

yeah i have bought mine purchased in 2008. i don't know why the official staff isn't commenting on this post more

 

I've had the same issue with it not showing up in the Ready to Download section on the X-One. It did show up in my download history for the 360, Adding to Queue allowed me to download it, but when I run the game, it asks me to insert the disc. Quite odd
given that the game was never issued on disc, digital only. I hope Microsoft can fix this issue in short order.

 

I have owned both games for almost 10 years and have had my proof of ownership photos sent to correct department through xbox chat support.

I still have not heard back nor will the games even show up in my download list.

I get the same issue, I have downloaded it now...it doesnt look like it charged me ... but still get error when trying to play it..

 

As of Friday, the issue is fixed for me. Both games showed up in my ready to install, both play and work great.
