Golf: Tee It Up and Gin Rummy purchased, but neither appears under 'Ready to install' on X1

Years ago, I purchased Golf: Tee It Up and Gin Rummy on my XBox 360. I was going to install the new BC versions on my X1, but they do not appear under 'Ready to install'. Going to their respective links on XBox.com shows both titles as purchased.

Haven't had this issue with other BC content. Everything else (including DLC) has appeared and installed fine. For some reason, this only happens with Golf: Tee It Up and Gin Rummy.

I've fully powered down my X1 just to see if that would fix it -- nope, didn't fix it.

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Gin Rummy & Golf: Tee It Up not showing up in ready to install

same problem can't play golf tee it up and gin rummy i own bought. but when i click to play it ask if i own the game

yeah i have bought mine purchased in 2008. i don't know why the official staff isn't commenting on this post more

Can you take a look at your Xbox 360
purchase/download history and see if you see the titles listed here? Also, let's see if they show up in your
My Games section on Xbox.com.

If you see the games listed in one and/or both, can you post back with a screenshot for us please? That'll help us dig into things on our side.

LOL! Tell Misses Quinzel I said hi back!

I took a screenshot of both games shown in my download history. They are listed under "Full Games" so these are the purchased full game versions and not the trials.

I tried to load the My Games link, but that function barely works for me. I've got so much content on my account, that feature only works occasionally. Right now, it's giving me an error.

Also, I saw someone on Reddit a couple of days ago mention that they can't install Golf Tee It Up or Gin Rummy.

Just pointing that out to show that it might not just be me, but it may be a glitch that is affecting multiple people.

I kept refreshing the My Games page and was finally able to make it load. It looks like Golf Tee It Up and Gin Rummy do not appear.

Yeah idk why this hasn't been fixed yet, seems like a lot of people having this problem

The issue is now fixed. I am able to install both Golf Tee It Up and Gin Rummy.
