Discus and support Golden Child reward in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Does this one allow the 3 months to be qualified if you have a 12 month subscription active via a scratch card code?     Does this one allow the 3 months to be qualified if you have a 12 month subscription active via a scratch card code? Or do you have to be paying xbox/Microsoft directly on a bank card etc?

    For help with the Xbox Rewards Program, You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, so It's actually still too early to receive the gems for Golden child.

    Gems for missions not showing up!

    Rewards support will double check on some of them for you, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1. so it hasn't quite been 3 months yet for Golden Child.

    Hi theunit1982. It does not have to be directly through Xbox/Microsoft with a bank card. Any Xbox Live Gold subscription that is not promotional (like a free one-month subscription from an offer) will qualify. So a code from a card from another retailer
    would work.

    Since gems just started on October 1, it would be too soon to receive gems for Golden Child. This would be the 3rd month so you would receive them in January.

    For help with In the Mix, You'll need to post in the support section of this forum so they can look into it for you.
