Golden child gems not on my account

i know they started Oct 1st. So since it's now Jan 14th I should have golden child 100 gems. But I still have not gotten them. There is no way of checking for pending gems. I've been a member for 2 years now, and have had more than a year of Xbox live
consecutively. please help

Gems for missions not showing up!

Hello,

I just spoke to a customer care person about gems not showing up, or able to be collected, for missions that I just noticed that i have completed (they could not help so they directed me here).

Golden Child, Pass Go, In the Mix and prospector i have completed but cant collect the gems and they aren't on my account already.

How do I collect these 220 missing gems, or are they in the process of posting to my account?

Challenges for Gems

I've kept my account live for the 3 months for the 'Golden Child' challenge and have'nt received the gems for it plus the one that you get gems for doing 3 monthly surveys in a row. What's up with that? Thanks in advance

We see that this MyChallenge is currently pending on your MyRewards page along with another perk, waiting for you to claim them. As stated on the FAQ, you can see pending Gems from MyChallenges on the MyRewards page:

How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?

Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
page. You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, so It's actually still too early to receive the gems for Golden child.

Those are the next tiers of the MyChallenge. These are all outlined in the FAQ. For example, Golden Child, from the FAQ:

These are the current MyChallenges available. Check back often, as we’ll be adding new ones on a regular basis!

Xbox Live Gold

Golden Child: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 3 consecutive months, earn 100 MyVIP Gems

Golden Age: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 6 consecutive months, earn 200 MyVIP Gems

Golden God: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 12 consecutive months, earn 400 MyVIP Gems

Rewards support will double check on some of them for you, but keep in mind that gems just started on October 1. so it hasn't quite been 3 months yet for Golden Child.

Since gems just started on October 1, it would be too soon to receive gems for Golden Child. This would be the 3rd month so you would receive them in January.
