Golden Age My VIP Gems Still Not Received

Hi everyone - i am aware that the My VIP Gems awards for 'Golden Age' etc started on October 1st 2017 and after 6 months consecutive GOLD membership you should receive 200 Gems. However it is now April 13th, which is 6 months and
2 weeks. Should i have received my 200 Gems by now or do i have to claim them in some way ?

Xbox Rewards "Golden Age"

I am posting this because I have not received my 200 vip gems for the "Golden Age" MyChallenge. The requirement is to have Xbox live gold for 6 consecutive months. I have been an active member since 11/23/2017. I would like to get this sorted out before
Xbox Rewards is discontinued so I can use my gems to buy more credits

Missing Gift Cards

Redeemed my VIP gems almost a month ago and still haven't received my gift cards. Second post I've created.

You would have to claim them. If they are available to be claimed, you should see that on the MyRewards section of the site. If nothing shows as being available to be claimed, support here will check into it.

We see that you have now claimed both your Gold MyChallenges. Keep in mind that these perks can expire after 60 days have passed, as stated in the FAQ.

For help with the Xbox Rewards Program, You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, so It's actually still too early to receive the gems for Golden child.

There are challenges to receive gems for keeping gold and game pass for a certain amount of time, but there are no offers to receive credits or gems for actually purchasing them. And subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

i can get that still hey own me more gems for the things i bought even taking out that they own me around 40 gems

Was able to redeem gems with persistent tries but would still like to know about my redeemed my vip gems that don't say deposited.
