Golden Age and Surveyor rewards challenge not unlocking

Have these challenges unlocked for anyone yet? I have been a member of Live and Rewards for years but these challenges haven't unlocked for me yet. Thanks for your time.

Problem with Achievements

Hello I am having problems unlocking the "The Champion" achievement on Sunset Overdrive, basically you have to complete 50 challenges with a gold rating. I have completed 69 challenges with a gold rating but its not giving me the achievement.

 

I am miss rewards and gems.

I completed the My Challenges Golden Age and did not get the 200 gems for it. I spent 119.98 on two years worth of live gold trying to get the 200 gems and still nothing. I got no rewards for the $9.99 Game Pass subscription. I got no rewards for the $241.78
I spent on games and dlc over the past three months. Please look at my past order history and help me out with this. Thank you.

 

Keep in mind that challenges just started on October 1 so you would not have been asked for anything done prior to that date. Since this is now the 6th month since the offer started, Golden Age should unlock after this month ends. If you have completed surveys
every month since October, the gems for surveyor should be on your MyRewards page and available to be claimed. If not, support will check into that one.

Since Gems were only created in October, it would be impossible to have Golden Age completed. That MyChallenge tracks the time you have been a Gold member since October, and since it has not been a full 6 months since October, it is currently not possible
to have that MyChallenge completed. Since Surveryor requires six monthly surveys in a row, and you only have five since you did not do a survey in October, that MyChallenge has not completed, since five is less than the required six months.
