    Gold Xbox account but no online Gold service


    Dear reader,

    I just bought a Gold live account.

    It indicates that i have a gold version until 11-11-2018.

    But every time I want to go online I have to buy a gold version and can play online.

    Please help.

    Microsoft reveals Xbox One Entertainment App line-up

    It's more the fact they're charging for a service that sony give for free. You can't even use IE if you don't have a gold account.

    I have this same exact problem pretty mad about it if I just bought year live and battlefront 2 for nothing >:C

    ok support helped, my problem was that I used extension cord to power my xbox. after power draining it for couple of minutes and plugging the cord directly to wall helped!!!

    Can not connect to Xbox Live for Diablo 3 multiplayer on same console.

    All accounts wanting to use the online multiplayer feature of the Xbox Live service require a Gold membership.

    Hi, if you are trying to access online games or party chat using that account (DesignedAxis924), it is because that account does not seem to have an active Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. You must purchase a Gold membership to play online and use some apps/services.
