Gold working on Xbox one but not on Pc

Hey guys, I have an issue with my gold subscription, I can "purchase" the free xbox one gold games directly from my xbox one, without a problem, but if I try to "purchase" the games (xbox one or 360) from the website using my computer, on the game that I
try to pick, there is an option that says " Join now to claim for xbox one (or 360), if click on it, the next page tells me that I have to pay for gold, but according to my subscriptions in my microsoft account it says that I have Gold active to 09/06/2016.
I really like to "purchase" the free gold games from the pc, because next time I turn on my xbox one, I have the games ready to download, also a little background information , last month I change my xbox region from USA to my native country Costa Rica, even
though after that, I was able to get the free gold games from January using the pc as before with no problem, but this month I'm getting this tiny issue, so any idea, advice or help I'd be really thankful.

im having similar issue, used the website to redeem a code for a 12 mo sub, and it shows in my acct that it is active, but when I try and redeem a free with gold game it asks me to join gold. I even had a chat session with a support person who sent me a
link, which let me redeem the game, but now its back to asking me to join again

i pursache a 12 month xbox gold subscription.on my xbox one console is everything ok.but when i log in from my pc it doesn;t recognize me as gold member.so i cant purshache the xbox360 games with gold.have anyone ever the same problem;

does the Xbox One show the same Gamertag as it does on the 360 and on xbox.com?

If you are signed in with the same account on the forums, then it currently doesn't show you as Gold member.

According to this link:
www.xbox.com/.../countries Costa Rica is not a supported Xbox Live country, so that may be the cause of not having Gold on PC and 360 and since an account Migration can take some time to fully process, it may be why you were able to get the Janurary games
with Gold.

I'm assuming that your Xbox One console is still set to the US Region, which is possibly the reason why you can get the games via the Xbox One.

Please go to
commerce.microsoft.com/.../Profile and see if there are multiple countries shown as option, if that is the case it may be the reason why the Xbox One console still sees the Gold subscription and all others will not, since the PC and 360 will look at the
account region, while the Xbox One uses the console region.

Side note: You can only migrate account regions once every 3-4 months

 

Since you aren't gold here I'm guessing you are home gold sharing

If you're are home gold doesn't apply beyond the xbox one

You would have to get your own membership or make the purchase on the primary account

 

Well I checked, and my gamertag is the same in the xbox one, 360 and xbox.com, the region in the xbox is still in the US, I think Costa Rica is not listed and also I checked the link commerce.microsoft.com/.../Profile and noticed that I can select between
CR and US, and as far as I know the gold subscription is under my account, so based on this I don't know if this why I'm having this issue, though I'm a little confused because I read when I changed the account region that whatever I have left of gold was
not going to be affected, I guess I just have one final question, if I redeem a gold membership code on the page of games with gold where now I have the option "Join now to claim for..." Am I going to be affected in any way?.

Just to be sure, what country does it show in the bottom left corner when you are on het Games with Gold page? Assuming you mean the xbox.com GwG page
