Gold wont work

    Gold wont work


    I keep trying to play games with my friends and join parties but it says that i dont have xbox live. i checked my recent purchases on xbox and paypal and both say that i have bought a 12 month gold subscription.

    Trial Codes and longtime account

    It wont effect anything, but trial codes sometimes wont work on an account that was once fully Gold, and if they do work they aren't a full Gold status and wont grant full access.

    Gold wont work

    I you just purchased xbox gold and redeem it, sometimes you console needs to refresh the profile to recognize the new subscription. This can usually be accomplished by power cycling the console. Hold the power button for 5 seconds until the console powers
    off and wait a few seconds before powering it back on.
