    My account Cerftome85 has a negative gold value (-149 615 gold) after a computer reinstall.

    I have already the same problem by moment but it correct alone.

    How reset that or return to positive value ?

    A few days ago, the amount of gold in my account went to a negative 33K amount overnight. It's wrong and it's preventing me from downloading Jigsaw puzzles. Please fix this. There's another user that reported on the discussion side a negative amount of gold.
    It appears you may have fixed (somewhat) the freezes with the display of ads, but created a new problem by wiping out our gold. Please, please fix this!

    Always same problem. I have apply FAQ and no change.

    At start, i see 62800 gold and after connection, i see 137405 gold.

    I have try to desinstall, use wsreset and no evolution.

    Regarding Facebook, i'm sorry but i refuse to have an account on this site.

    yes, i know. I have already executed all instructions and no real result.

    I have desinstalled, wsreset Windows store, reinstall => Same problem

    I have desinstalled, verify that i have no folder in Winapps, Wsreset, reinstall and always a negative value for gold.

    Sincerely, forget any support from them.

    The only solution that i have found is reinitialize many time my account and pass one month to reexecute same puzzle to become again positive.

    No comment ....
