    I decided to use a 2 day trial on my account, so I entered the code and it was confirmed. Although all that was done, and the code was definitely redeemed, my account isn't gold. What can I do to fix that?

    48 hour xbox live trial

    Trials don't allow you to have access to games with gold or deals with gold, plus trials can't be used on an account that already had gold previously. @OP, just buy a month of live.

    Gold Trial

    The trial codes do not elevate your account to a Gold account. They are limited in what you are allowed to do. Many are limited to the MMO games and/or the game they came with.

    Are you refering to Home gold or a 48hour trial or 14 day trial

    If trial cards then yes you need actual gold

    Trial carda arent actual gold and will only give you temporary multiplayer access not actual gold benefit

    If home gold then it should work as is

    Gold trials are just trials, and do NOT count as gold memberships.

    Trial live gold and titanfall

    The gold trial you got when creating your account on your new console will register you as a gold member so you will get the games for gold, but its still a trial.

    The titanfall trial card will only be a regular trial card that wouldn`t normally get you the games for gold.

    Any trial cards you get free within game boxes will only be regular trial cards, and will not get you all gold benefits.
