    gold trial won't let me access anything even though i'm signed in


    Hi. I've just redeemed a code for xbox live gold trial which according to microsoft account is up and running. tried to access a couple of things on my 360 (download an app and demo) but i get asked to sign in. i already have xbox live free and am signed
    in but when i try to access any features it brings up sign in/sign up option. i click signed in, shows me as signed in and am then stuck in loop of being signed in but being told i need an account to access anything.

    live connection test shows ok

    any help appreciated, shame to waste the free trial

    Trial live gold and titanfall

    I could also download gold games with trial , only issue was after 2 days my trial gold which was to expire on the 11th stopped being recognized and even though I was gold I couldn't access anything

    I'm trying to sign into my Xbox but it won't let me. Even though I'm signed in on mobile and on the Xbox app, my Xbox console won't let me in. It's saying that there was a problem signing me in. I need help please!

    How do I sign in or connect my XBox Live account to my XBox One?

    Still nothing after logging out and back in to my profile. This is ridiculous... all I see under 'Subscriptions' is to sign up for XBox Live Gold on our XBox One. I'm unable to even see that I signed up for the 14 day trial on the XBox One via the 25 digit
    code much less the 30 day trial online here. When I try to access XBox Live from the XBox One games it doesn't see anything either. I'm not signing up for anything yet for fear that it won't take effect.

    Hoping someone can help me out here.
