Gold Trial problem- Battlefront 2

Trials do not change your account status to gold, they only give you some benefits. The Games with Gold games for the One require that you keep a gold subscription in order to continue playing them for free, so they can be downloaded while on a trial.
The games for the 360 do not require that you keep a gold subscription, but you have to have a full gold subscription in order to download them for free.

You are gold here are you sure it's not an age issue?

Certain games require you to be of an certain game like ea games 13 for pg13 and under and 18 for rated m games like battlefront

Trials don't stack nor do they override gold memberships

I have same issue with

a) 2 Day Xbox Live Trial (I got with SW battlefront)

b) Microsoft Xbox Live 3 Month Gold Membership Card (got with the console)

Trying to redeem over xbox.com/redeemcode

Getting error code

Hi Ukevin33 i know this problem as i had it recently basically if you have a trial on at the moment such as 1 day or 2 week trial and you redeem your gold membership for a few days or however long the trial is on it will recognise that you are not gold so
i suggest waiting for a couple of days and it should be back on. hope it works out as a fellow rewards member that has had this problem :3

Was it a gold trial, or a full gold code?

If it was only a 2 day or 14 day gold trial, you can not get the free games.
