    Gold Trial prematurely cancelled, not by myself?


    I was going to upgrade to gold when I saw there was an option for a month free, so obviously I added it. It worked all yesterday, I had an email confirmation receipt of my adding it to my account etc. Today, I tried playing online and it said I was missing
    a privilege, so I checked my email and it said I had one for confirmation of cancellation, we're sorry to see you go message etc., but I didnt cancel it, and now I cant add it again because it says I have too many of those or something?

    Trials do not stack, only full gold subscriptions stack. So each one you entered cancelled the one you entered before it, so you would still be left with only 7 days of Live.

    Xbox Live Gold trial cancellation

    Hi,

    Unfortunately the trial cannot be cancelled as it is a trial and a normal membership so it wont come up as gold in their system or even on your account. Games for Gold is always works with normal pre-paid or paid with creditcard/paypal in the XBL system.

    Yes. Paid Gold Subscriptions do stack. I have done so myself plenty of times before. Trial cards do not stack on top of trials and you can't stack a trial on a paid gold subscription.

    I bought six months of gold about 3 months ago and it went away when I activated a game pass code.

    I totally understand that, the problem is that because I activated the 14 day trial of only Game Pass my Gold was cancelled. I thought that it would just keep my Gold and give me the benefits of only Game Pass without the Game Pass Ultimate features but that didn't seem to be the case. Maybe if I run out the trial time or just cancel the Game Pass trial my Gold will come back.

    Will remaining Live Gold Trial days be added to a new gold subscription and can I get Reward points with a trial?

    This sucks, I had 2 14 day trials and 2 2 day trials, I added my 12 month gold and it canceled the trials. So now I'm going to miss that extra month of free trials,regardless if it doesn't give the full gold experience. I'm pretty *** about that
