Gold token

    Hi,

    I made a purchase for 3 months Xbox live back in January and I should of received a gold token for another 3 months Xbox live by mid March 2018 but I still haven't received anything. Could someone shed some light on this please? I spoke to someone via Xbox
    support couple months ago to find out if I was eligible for the token and they said I was. I'm very confused as to why I didn't receive it. Thanks

    Xbox Live Trial Codes Redeemed; Cannot Play Online

    First of all trial codes do not stack so using 2 is a waste of one of the codes.. I believe the fine print on the token explains that.

    In the 2nd place 2 day and 14 day codes do not grant Gold status to play online except for the game or games the token or tokens came with. A 30 day trial will grant Gold status.

    Phone support should be able to help.

    My issue is now resolved. The escalation support got my Gold sebscription cancelled, then resubmitted a Gold token, which fixed it. Many thanks for the help.
