If you transfered gold to gamepass ultimate then you wont see your gold becouse ultimate comes with gold. If you already had ultimate before you put in your gold then your gold got converted into ultimate for a lesser subscription time.

Since Ultimate includes Gold, when you add a Gold card to Ultimate, it converts the Gold to Ultimate. Since 12 months of Gold is equal in price to 4 months of Ultimate, you get 4 months of Ultimate when you add 12 months. In order to get the full 12 months, you would have to add Gold before purchasing Ultimate.

If he has Game Pass Ultimate, adding Gold will convert it to Ultimate since Ultimate includes Gold. If he wants to go back to just standard Gold, you would need to either cancel the Ultimate subscription or wait for it to completely expire, and then add Gold in order to get just Gold.

When you have Ultimate, Gold is included with that, it's no longer a separate subscription. So your Gold would end when your Ultimate ends. If you had Gold before you got Ultimate, your Gold would have been converted to Ultimate. So for example if you had 5 months of Gold and you bought 1 month of Ultimate, you would have 6 months total of Ultimate.

It depends on if you bought Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate. Regular Game Pass would be separate from Gold. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold. So if you buy Ultimate while already having Gold, your Gold is converted to Ultimate.
