Gold titles "got" through website NOT being added to my collection

I'm having an issue where before my XBOX One was hooked up, I was a Gold member since January and was using the website to add Gold titles to my account. I was getting messages that I then "owned the title" and when the system was powered on there would
be an attempt to "push to install". When I logged onto my actual Xbox games like Rayman Origins, the Resident Evil 7 demo, the ARK demo, and Star Wars Force Unleashed were in my Ready to install section. However, Project Cars, which I had also "got" through
the website was not only not in ready to install, when I found it in the store, I had to "get" it all over again. Yet on the website under "my games" it was listed. I uninstalled Project Cars after a few days and it no longer appeared in the ready to install
section, and when I went to its store section, I had to "get" it yet AGAIN, for the 3rd time! But I thought once I "get" a gold title it is mine to reinstall whenever I want. It continues to be listed under "my games" on the website, but on the system itself
it made me get it again through the store. My hard drive is full so it's now sitting in my download queue. But what happens if I don't reinstall while it is a gold game? It seems I won't be able to reinstall cause it's not permanently recognizing it as part
of my collection.

Also through the website I "got" Killer Instinct season 2, however, that game is no longer Gold and I can't find it anywhere in my games, on the website or on my Xbox. All I have in ready to install is Killer Instinct Shadow Lords which it says I've played
19 minutes of and I think that is just a renaming of the original demo/free version that was available ages ago? As I have never played "Season 2" and this game's bundles and editions are so confusing I can't even locate a "Season 2" bundle on the website
or in the Xbox store to see if it says I own the title or can redownload. Can someone confirm Shadowlords is in fact not Season 2, meaning I didn't receive a Gold game I was supposed to get that I thought I did get through the website.

Is it just me or is there some glitch and unreliability in adding gold games through the website, if your not actually downloading them? I would like to know if there is a way I can still get KI Season 2 as I tried to get it during its Gold period and was
told by the website I had added it to my collection, now it is $40 in the store? I'd appreciate some help here.
