    I live on the east coast and I know that microsoft is on the west coast which is 2 or 3 hrs behind my time zone. My gold time was set to run out on sept 6 and here its even the 5th yet and my gold is up. What the heck.

    will be your best bet on this one. They are best equipped to get this resolved.

    Sorry to hear your having problems with your xbl gold but the Best thing to do is contact support directly and get them to look in to your account and see whats going on.

    Not sure when it was redeemed/activated, but you can always check your
    Xbox Subscription Management     page to see what it is showing for the expiration date. If you are looking to get that lost time, then I would recommend contacting Microsoft Phone Support to
    help you out with that.

    Hopefully they're available tomorrow, especially after I got an email after being forced to revert to free that I supposedly cancelled on the 5th and it was sent at 10:50 on the 4th

    i had the same thing happen to me. but my account was to be done on the 8-28-15 and it said i didnt have xbox live gold anymore but it was supose to be good until the 8-28-15 and it to saidi didnt have gold on the 8-27-15. so i paid for a one month and then
    it told me that i had two days left for my gold. why would it do that.
