    just redeemed a 1 month gold card yesterday says i have gold time until march but when try to get in parties or play games the gold membership menus pops up i usually play everyday please fix this issue

    Contact Us | Xbox Support If you did change your region, gold doesn't always change with you depending on where you changed it to.

    gold time isnt working

    Hi

    Can you first try restarting your console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of your console for 5-10 seconds and then restart the console.

    If this does not resolve the issue can you then try
    removing your profile
    from the console restart the console and then reloading your profile and hopefully this will allow resolve your problem.

    We just want to add a bit of clarity. As of last November we have changed the way to get in contact with us, the new and only way is to simply
    Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Support
    Specialists and we would reach out. Unfortunately as stated before this is a known issue and a Service Alert at the moment so even they wouldn't have a resolution for this. We hope this helps!

    Thanks for bringing this to our attentions however this is a known issue and a Service Alert at the moment. The best thing to do at the moment would be to check out our

    Xbox Live Status
    page and selecting the Notify Me button. Give it a shot and keep an eye on the resolution of this inconvenient issue!

    Hello Jirka,

    We understand that you just bought Xbox Live, but the console is not allowing you to use it.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the
    console
    , reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
