Gold tenure went from 4 to 0

Discus and support Gold tenure went from 4 to 0 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My gold tenure changed from 4 to 0. When I look via edit profile, it shows 4 but only for me.     Gold tenure went from 4 to 0


    My gold tenure changed from 4 to 0. When I look via edit profile, it shows 4 but only for me. But if someone else looks nothings there. Please help!

    It's probably just an error.. How many friends did you ask to check?

    Hey there, TheLastXboxGT! I'm sorry to see that your tenure seems to have disappeared! This generally happens if you go to a free account for a short time (even if it's very short!) and then get Gold again. It can take about a full billing cycle (about 30
    days, normally) before it updates again and reflects your proper tenure. Please post back if it hasn't updated in about a month so that we can look into it further for you! :3
