    Gold tenure went from 4 to 0


    When I look at my profile via edit profile, it says my gold tenure is 4. But when someone else looks at my profile, there is no number. It says its my first time with gold. If someone could please help me fix this, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

    Gold tenure went from 4 to 0

    My gold tenure changed from 4 to 0. When I look via edit profile, it shows 4 but only for me. But if someone else looks nothings there. Please help!

    Hey there, TheLastXboxGT! I'm sorry to see that your tenure seems to have disappeared! This generally happens if you go to a free account for a short time (even if it's very short!) and then get Gold again. It can take about a full billing cycle (about 30
    days, normally) before it updates again and reflects your proper tenure. Please post back if it hasn't updated in about a month so that we can look into it further for you! :3
