    hi, I had a gold suscription but I canceled the credit card and then I had to put another. Then I put other card and then it tells me there's an error. In Spanish it says "Algo sucedió de nuestro lado. Esperar un poco puede resultar útil."Please I need help
    Idk what is happening

    Can't play games with Gold suscription

    On February 9 my Gold suscription has automatically renewed (i received the billing mail from microsoft). Today (february 12) i can't play any game given with games with Gold.

    I start the game and then receive a message to "verify my Gold suscrption"!

    no, a console set the account with the suscrptions as xbox home and can play all xbox game pass games without sign in the account with game pass
