on xbox no, no gold suscription needed

on xbox 360 it is obligated

But i cant download it i have paid the gold suscription

I'm sorry but no. To Access that part of the game you need to enter the Multiplayer menú. As soon as you do that you will be verified for Gold Suscription and then taken to the suscription window or back to previous menu.

Yes I can see all my subscriptions are in place I have never experienced this issue before I have recurring payment for my gold membership so I never had it in a way that I needed to purchase it every single month which is why I found it odd when
it asked me to purchase it this month I looked into it and it does show on my recent transactions that they had renewed my subscription on 11/14/19 which would mean It wouldn’t even need a renewal until about three weeks from now and yet I couldnt jump into
any game that used gold or had access to any of the games that gold offered or anything.

If that's the case, then I would recommend contacting support. They should be able to get it all sorted out for you.

Are you able to sign into the Services & subscriptions section of the Microsoft website?

If so, is there any notifications listed? or anything that looks out of place? Examples - outstanding balance, up to date credit card info.

I'd also suggest keeping an eye out on the Service Status page. By reading through the comments in this topic and another one, it looks like you are not the only one having issues at the moment.

The only issues being reported at the moment have to do with Destiny 1 and 2. It could be updated soon.
