Gold Subscription

Hi, advice please.

My subscription runs out next year, I can see that under my subscription info in settings and yet when i try to invite or play online, the xbox bombs out to the buy subscription screen.

Any ideas please?

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

i have been getting the same issue for 6 days now. Tried everything, and have just given up now.

Not happy as we not getting told what the problem is or if its ever going to be fixed.

Well i have messaged xbox support a few times but not getting any response. Nit even saying what the issue is and if they are on top of it.
