    Gold-Subscription shared Xbox One can't access uploading or sharing screenshots.


    Hello my new Xbox One is 1 day old and I have it connected with my other Xbox, so I can retrieve Xbox One Gold Subscription. Gold-Subscription on the new console is working well but I can't access the buttons for sharing or uploading the screenshots even
    after 4 hours of taking the screenshot.

    Alright guys, so what is the deal with Game DVR?

    Guys i think i found the reason for not being able to save screenshots, i didn't have Live Gold, i had a 2-day Gold Trial code from my physical purchase of Sunset Overdrive, i activated it, all the screenshots that i took after activating can now be saved and shared to OneDrive or Twitter, although any screenshot taken before the Live Gold activation still can't be saved or shared. Man this is unnecessary. Also thanks guys for your pointers.

    Hey there InstaFiz!

    If you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription you can visit Upload Studio and select the option to 'Share' the screenshot. Let us know how that goes!

    You cannot share across consoles. Game sharing/Gold sharing is meant for sharing games on one console.

    You will need two subscriptions. You may also have both profiles signed in on the console that’s designated as ‘Home’, this way, both parties can access the same games.

    However, if someone wants to play on the other console and signs out of the one with gold sharing, they will no longer have access to the benefits of Gold sharing and would require a separate XBL subscription to play.
