    Hello, recently my gold renewed yesterday before I could cancel the subscription.(a yearly sub) I do not want to have this subscription and want a refund for it. Is there any way to refund for a gold subscription.

    Sorry to hear this has happened. I am pretty sure it is available under Games with Gold until the 15/01/2020.

    I would suggest you check out the Request an Xbox digital product refund page and submit a refund
    request citing this is a Games with Gold game.
