Gold subscription not working on other console.

Are you trying to use your profile on both Xbox One consoles at the same time? That will not work.

Double check your subscription at https://account.microsoft.com to make sure the renewal did go through. If it did, try a hard reset on the console that doesn't work (hold down
the power button until it turns off, unplug, then plug it back in, then turn it back on). Sometimes it just needs to resync.

Just to make sure, you are using the same account on both right?

On the console that it does work, do you share it with someone else who might have a gold subscription?

I am using the same account on both consoles and I don't share them with anyone.

Yes actually. I also have two hooked up, one in the living room and the other in a game room. My husband and I were playing
Amnesia: Collection in the living room and when we beat the game we realized we hadn’t earned a single achievement. We thought this was odd so I went back to my console, loaded up the game and the save at the end...played through, and bam achievement.

To fix this issue we went back to my older xbox and did a soft factory reset on it. Afterwards it seem to go back to normal. This was a recent development however, we didn’t have this start until sometime this week.

Soft Factory Reset:
