Gold Subscription Not Working on 360

Hi,

I have an Xbox live gold account and it works fine with my Xbox One. When I sign on to my 360, I only have a silver account with an option to purchase gold. The connection is fine and my gamer score/ profile information is correct and up to date.

I would like to use gold to upload a save file to the cloud and transfer it to my Xbox One.

Error Code 8C150009

Hi guys !

Getting 8C150009 error code on Xbox 360. I can not manage my account subscription directly in my xbox; also can not reset my payment informations... But on website, everything is working, i have my Xbox Live Gold subscription.

(Other problem due to first : I can not connect Far Cry 4 Online server, I purchased DLCs and it is not working)

Xbox one Subcriptions Different on xbox 360 and xbox one

I have a Gold subscription that is carrying over from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One; my brother also has a Gold subscription on both of the Xbox consoles. However, he is working and I am not, so he can continue to pay for his subscription while I can't. Once
my subscription runs out, I can still play on the Xbox One and access all of the Gold subscription features and content on it, since his account will be on the console with his Gold subscription. However, I will lose access to any Gold subscription features
and content on the Xbox 360 as a result, since the service works differently on that console, regardless of whether my brother's account is on it or not. It's a bummer to be sure, but that's the way the service is run on the two separate consoles - it's built
into the programming of each console differently than the other. For now, there's not much we're going to be able to do about it, I'm afraid.

 

If this is the account you're trying to use, you do not show as being gold here. Are you sharing your One with someone else who might have the gold tied to their account?

 

Just expired, changed CC last year and didn't even think about it not auto renewing. I feel a little dumb. Thanks for the help.
