Gold Subscription not showing on my console

I purchased a prepaid 12 month subscription card. Put in the code no problems, checked the subscription page it shows that I have gold until Sept. 2017. But its not showing I have gold on my console. I have removed my account from the console and did the
5 min hard reset. Still nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

My Xbox Live 12 Month Gold MemberShip Subscription Is Not Showing AnyMore. I Bought My Xbox Live Gold On May 13 2015. Now My 12 Month Subscription It Says Pending.

account is not allowed to play xbox live??

You're not showing as gold here. Do you share the Xbox One? The One can share gold on the console. So if you're using the gold from someone else's subscription on the One, you would need your own subscription in order to play on the 360.

Hi BB-rocker,

Console 1

Has my profile, set to Home Console, and Son 1 profile. My profile shows in subscriptions the Gold Pass, yet says i need to purchase a game pass.

Son 1 profile shows no subscriptions

Console 2

Has my profile and Son 2 profile. My profile shows in su scriptions the Gold Pass, and says I need to purchase a game pass.

However in son 2 profile it shows under subscriptions the Ultimate Game Pass.

How did they end up on different profiles?

No luck, I still receive the same message. I have Xbox Gold for both accounts and it shows up under the subscriptions along with my realms subscription.

Also, there are only the same two profiles on the Xbox One so there was no Gold subscription on that console...
