    Gold Subscription not recognised. Help please.


    Ive gold a Gold membership for 7-8 years now, all of a sudden my xbox one has decided to not recognise my subscription so i have none of its functions or offers.

    Ive removed my profile as suggested elsewhere and reloaded it to no avail. Checked its status online and all is fine.

    Any ideas please?!

    Hi

    Can you please try a full console restart to see if you Gold subscription is then recognised by your console. If this did not work I would next suggest you try removing your account from the console and re load your account hopefully your subscription will
    then be recognised by your cone.

    If carrying out the two suggestions above did not work can you please click on
    this link here you should be able to confirm your current account subscriptions including the expiry date of your gold subscription.

    When I go to the Microsoft store on the console, it shows the live purchase but when I go to a game the live won’t work

    Have one of your friends check to make sure they see you as a gold member. If they say you are silver contact xbox live support when you can. If you show up as a gold member to them then go to settings>advanced settings>Alternate MAC>Clear, the console will
    reboot and hopefully the problem will be solved.

    Thank you for letting us know about your issue.

    First thing to do is make sure that you are logged in using the correct email address tied to your gamer tag.

    Then try the step provided by oupyee the alternate mac. If it will not work please try to sign in on xbox.com and see if your account has gold on it and if there is please try to chat with support. Or you can as well try downloading your profile on another
    console and try if it will work there. It might be that the issue is with the console or with your connection.

    But for best result please try to chat with support.

    I'm having the same issue. After looking into it, this seems to be an issue for a lot of people with no fix. Clearing the alternate MAC didn't work. I'll try contacting support tomorrow, but I read on another forum that support didn't even know how to help.
    Very frustrating.

    I'm having the same issue. After looking into it, this seems to be an issue for a lot of people with no fix. Clearing the alternate MAC didn't work. I'll try contacting support tomorrow, but I read on another forum that support didn't even know how to help.
    Very frustrating.

    Season Pass Inaccessible

    I wish it were that simple, I feel as though it must recognise it as an official subscription because the message I received when trying to visit the store changed from "A gold subscription is required for online play" to "No Downloadable Content available
    at this time."

    It no longer badgers me for a gold subscription it just purely does not recognise my season pass. (and/or the presence of any dlc at all)
