Gold subscription doesn't work anymore

Hello,

I can't play onnline anymore since today. I bought a gold subscription 10 days ago, and i was able to play online, until this morning where it says that i have to go gold to play online (on xbox one, and on 360 i'm silver...) but when i go to my account,
i can see that i'm gold until july 2018.

What can i do?

My Live Gold Subscription doesn't work

Activated a 3 month Gold gift card and it went through, but I have not been able to play any games online and whenever I go to the park on 2k it takes me to a "get Gold" page. I need help asap.

Game doesn't work anymore

Dear Support,

Today morning I started to play on my laptop computer with the brand new event. I successfully finished first 5 challenges. When I started the 6th challenge, cards did not appear, just the simple emty background appeared. Since this I'm not able to play
with Microsoft Solitaire Collection at all. I completed some daily challenges earlier on my Laptop - not too often, but regularily.:

I've already tried to:

- Restart, update and reinstall application

- Restart my computer

- Update my Windows

- Relog to my xBox account

I'm using Win10 on my laptop. Nothing has changed between challenge 5 and 6 on my OS. Now I'm not able to start daily challenge, standard games or stars club at all.

What else could I check?

Any active Gold subscription on your account applies to both the Xbox One and Xbox 360, provided you are logged into the consoles with the same account.

If you are using the same console and it is set as home for the account with Game Pass Ultimate you should be able to both have access to the games. If it doesn't work try having the account with the subscription logged in in the background and the other
account should be able to play the games.

If he claimed a gamed for gold game it's linked to his account and not yours and since he doesn't have a subscription anymore that may be why it doesn't work.

Hi there,

Xbox 360 games acquired via Games with Gold will continue to work even if you don't have a Gold subscription anymore.

I'm not sure about the games for the original Xbox though. For Xbox One games an active Gold subscription is required.

I'm having the same issue. I bought Minecraft Java. I had Xbox gold when would play Xbox but now that I don't play anymore, I cancelled my subscription for gold. Now when I try to play Minecraft, it says I need gold to play it. Deleting and redownloading the installer doesn't fix the issue.
