Gold / Store - 0x80131500 error

Hey there-

For about a week and half now, anytime I try to go to the store/deals page via the games with gold icon on the homepage, I get a black screen that says:

Try that again

Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.

code: 0x80131500

This happens 100% of the time on the games with gold page.

This has started happening occasionally just anywhere on the Xbox one's Microsoft store page (especially within game pages).

It has occurred on some of my games within my library if I view them in my library and select "view on microsoft store". (intermittently).

Searching online shows some folks with a similar problem, but no real solution ever happens before the thread get locked. And an error code search on the site doesnt give a result.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:

- I've power cycled the xbox unit (no change)

- I recently updated saved payment method (problem existed before, problem exists after). My payment method has been valid the entire time.

- I've check for suspicious activity on account (none)

Troubleshooting has dropped off. Any more solutions to attempt?

I have cleared the alternate MAC address per your instructions, but no change– the error page displays.

Again, this is primarily the games with gold page. Occasionally, the greater Microsoft store pages have issues, but 100% of the time, gwg fails to load and displays the message (note: my gwg account doesnt expire until december).

RE: the other suggestions:

I can access the gwg and other store pages from a computer and from the xbox app on my phone (no error).

I do not have another account to sign into to test.

It's a wireless connection. I've been on wifi connection for about 2 years with no issues whatsoever.

Latest speed test run three times averaged: 82 mbps down / 86 mbps up (on the console, available bandwidth is much greater).

I've power cycled several times since that's the ol xbox ctrl-alt-delete magic wand.

Thanks for the update. Since you are only experiencing this on your Xbox One, I'd recommend following what Brad and HulkUK75 had suggested, a

Soft Factory Reset. This reset will keep your games and applications installed on the console while resetting the operating system to correct any software issues that could prevent you from accessing the store.

When attempting to reset the console, be sure to have your Xbox Profile's credentials memorized or written so you have the ability to login to your account with as few issues possible. To
Soft Factory Reset your console, check out the link in the previous paragraph or the steps below.

To Soft Factory Reset your Xbox One, visit: Settings>System>Console Info>Reset Console; you will be given a prompt, select the option to
"Reset and keep my games & apps"

I just completed the soft reset and the error continues.
