Gold Still Not Working

Discus and support Gold Still Not Working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've waited over a week and my gold is still not working. I can't even cancel my subscription to xbox live.     Gold Still Not Working


    I've waited over a week and my gold is still not working. I can't even cancel my subscription to xbox live. Am I supposed to just keep paying forever but never play any games?

    Says my account "isnt allowed to access online games" when i try playing xbl

    i have this problem and i have just bought gold, still not working...

    still not working

    I have tried all fixes. I have uninstalled, waited more than 24 hours, then reinstalled.. Still not working. The app starts up, goes to purple splash screen, then closes and goes to the last screen opened... What do I do now..

    Have you called into Support yet? Here's the number: 1-800-469-9269

    Also, you can cancel your Xbox Gold from renewing by going to My Account > Subscriptions from here on the website. You should be able to turn off auto renewal. Hope that helps!

    Is this the account you're trying to use it on? You're still showing as gold on the forums. If your account is still gold the code won't work.

    Gold is a requirement as it is still multiplayer whether hosting on his server or not. Both accounts still need gold for cross play to work.
