    Hi,

    My MyVIP page is saying I should renew my Xbox Live Gold subscription to keep getting my 10% rebate. The problem is, and I've double checked on my account, my subscription doesn't run out until December 6, 2017. Can someone look into why I'm getting this
    message?

    Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

    If you are gold just add her account to the Xbox one using the 360 details then go to settings and add her id into family it will then grant her ID the same Gold status you have at no extra cost, All Family members on the console get the same gold status as the main ID

    So is Halo The MCC Done?

    Its going through crunch time so its near completion mostly bug crushing and minor edits the game will enter gold status around the end of september to get ready for printing.​Any game coming in around end of october early november enter this status they will not be finished until the day of submission for gold status and even then some studios have to keep going to get a day one patch ready as they couldn't finish in time for printing.​So no they are not done...​

    and is incorrectly prompting you to renew your subscription. We are working on resolving this incorrect message as soon as possible. Again, apologies for any confusion caused by this erroneous pop-up.

    a 1 mounth dose not give you gold status just gold privelges your current account status is silver

    I want to remove the method of payment ( card) . But I can not do that , because the invoice for the automatic extension gold status xbox 360. Please remove the automatic renewal of the gold status and will invalidate the bill. I do not want to do again

    You will want to post in the Support forum if you have not already. This is the discussion forum which is not monitored by staff. When you create a new thread change "forum type" to Support.

    Once you do that it will take the staff 1-2 business days to reply to your question. they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends.
