    Gold status not Work


    On December 27 I have bought the status gold on xbox. Now this status at me isn't connected. Because of it I have accidentally spent money for purchase of Tomb Raider Underworld. I ask to return me the status gold and money for purchase of Tomb Raider Underworld.

    Status Gold is active! Multiplayer works. Discounts in the store no, games on gold do not work says buy gold. Resetting to factory settings did not help.

    Tenure is missing on my account as well, but my Gold works, and my Gold status on the forums is enabled too.

    xbox live gold not working

    You need a full gold subscription in order to download the games with gold games. Trial cards do not change your account status to gold so they will not work.
