    Gold status not showing in Rewards?


    Just extended my Gold with a 3 month non-prepaid, setup the auto renew and it still won’t show in Rewards. It never shows me a as a Gold subscription in Rewards since I’ve signed up for the program?

    What kind of issues specifically? Like gold status not showing, can't access gold features?

    Gold is required in order to play online. Anyone who is not showing as gold might be using a trial subscription. Trials will not update your account status to gold, but do allow online play.

    Hi my GTag is ive been an xbox live gold member nonstop for over ten consecutive years. and ive been an xb gold rewards member since the beginning. i have vip status 3xS and champion status along with lots of microsoft points. i noticed my rewards
    account says upgrade gold. when ive been gold since the birth of xbl and xbr. why did it change my gold status to free? i talked to all xbl by phone and told me you guys have to fix it. please put my rewards account back to gold as it shpuld be. thanks

    Thanks, But there are two issues here:

    1. It is not Sometimes for me. In dashboard it is always showing a GO GOLD advertisement.

    2. On the new rewards website there is a section: My VIP status. for me it is written Unlock Now. On the next page there is graph like image related to Master, Legend and etc.... based on my GS I am a Legend, but all of these icons are grayed out and again
    it says GO GOLD :). (In the old rewards website I was Legend.)

    Not being shown as gold member

    *update* The page which shows my current rewards status and rewards rebate earned is also showing as me not being a gold member. This is extremely frustrating, as I am wanting to buy a game, but am holding off until I know I will receive the correct rebate.
    I have checked both my bank and Xbox live transaction histories, and my auto renewal occurred and was paid when it was due as normal.
