Gold Status disappeared

Bought March 11, 2016 Gold status for 599 (Auto-update) does not ask why Takaki price, in theory it should be up to another 11 months of why he was there?

The loss of gold status

Hello. 15.11.17 I bought gold status on the stock for 30 rubles, and I haven't turned off the auto-renewal subscription and 15.12.17 I removed 699 rubles for the auto-renewal. 17.12.17 I decided to turn off the autorenew, and when I disabled it, the gold
disappeared, although the money was debited from my card.

 

Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

If you are gold just add her account to the Xbox one using the 360 details then go to settings and add her id into family it will then grant her ID the same Gold status you have at no extra cost, All Family members on the console get the same gold status as the main ID
