Gold sharing 3 time switch

hello I'm in a predicament due this 3 year switch as I have 3 consoles and have switched 3 times and cant get it back on my original console, is there a work around? Thanks.

Thanks for the support message.

If your silver account is set to the Home Xbox, the gold membership will need to be on YOUR account instead of his and he would share the gold subscription from your account, or you can have him set the home Xbox on his account instead. Keep in mind that
you can only switch the home Xbox 3 times/year.

You could try contacting support to see if they can manual do it, but otherwise it is only 3 a year and that's that.

To my knowledge once you do it 3 times you have to wait one year to do it again, this is to prevent fraud. But I assume you can call support and explain the situation and maybe they can fix that issue

 

I have 2 Xbox ones I have 4 kids I planned on buying two more Xbox ones till this happen to me I share my downloaded Xbox one games with my kids I do not live with my kids I live across town and we spend our time on it when I'm not at my kids house
there are times where I couldn't pay my Internet bill witch caused me to swap back my home back to my original Xbox so I could play offline .well I hit that 3 time share ban and can't change back to my original Xbox my profile is stuck on my kids Xbox
one and I can't play the games I payed for unless I pack up my Xbox one carry it across town ( I have no Internet at home) please can I have my games I payed for with my hard earned money and play them offline I bought them I own them. A year is a prison

Sorry to hear you are having a problem. However, I would recommend creating a new thread instead of bumping an older thread so you receive responses catered specifically to you. However, if your kids' Xbox is marked as the home Xbox, then your Xbox should
have access to all content as long as you are signed in with your profile (assuming your profile did the purchase/downloads) on your kids Xbox. Alternatively, if one of your kids profiles did all of the downloading, you could just sign in with their profile
on your Xbox and you would have access to everything.
