So Microsoft flip a big one to me with this one. >gold about to expire

>33% off on 12 months

>sounds good

>playing r6s

>decide to go buy gift cards for the gold

>checked if the promotion was still active

>green light, lets get that gold

>just minutes later arrive from a store down the block

>redem code

>12 months have no longer 33% off

>cant buy 12 months now

I wont buy anything else unless gold gets off again, cuz thats just a great scam to make you buy gift cards. I was wondering if there was a way to get my money back.

My gold is about to end, in my home this box pop up telling me it was time to renovate my subcription. It also offered a 33% discount to 12 month subscription. I give it a go and buy 3 cards to pay for it. Now I am back home and magically, there is no disscount
available. This all happened in a matter of minutes. Just before leaving I double checked to see of the 33 off was still on, it was.

I could buy 3 months or complete the money, but thats not the point.

I feel scam by Microsoft now, I was lured by this price and now I am being asked to pay more for the same service. I am no longer looking forward to renovate my gold, at least not while the price is still full. What kind of fraud is this?

I basically just ask for the price of that nice bicycle at the corner and its $159, but I turned around to grab my money, and "Oh dear, what do you know?", it is now $199.

I now that offers have a limit but, are you serious?

This is not Wall Street, Gold hasnt go up on any goddamn chart.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, currency from gift cards cannot be used to purchase a gold membership. For future reference you can only use a credit card, paypal or a pre paid membership card purchased from your local retailer.

 

I dont know if it is a geographical issue, but in here money from gift cards can be used to purchase gold membership.
