Gold Rush not installing

Thank you for the information. Kindly try to clear the local save and resync with the cloud. Here's how:

It’s possible that the local save for your game has become corrupted. If so, deleting the local save and re-syncing with the cloud might correct the problem.

First, delete the local save:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button  on your controller.
Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.

After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:

Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of your controller.
Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

After you restart your Xbox, re-sync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you’re connected to the Xbox service.

Try installing the game again to see if re-syncing with the cloud corrected the game problem.

Note: When doing this step please make sure that you used to play this game online so that all your data is saved to the cloud.

If the issue still persists and you feel the need to reach out to Microsoft Xbox Support, here's how to contact them:

Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Also tried that but still not working, the game is a digital game I purchased it from the online store. Can you provide me with an offline version that I can download.

My apologies, just a gentle reminder that we are only Xbox gamers just like you here in this community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to provide you with any offline version or even Xbox Support for that matter.

For us to further isolate the case, does this happen to all of your games or just specifically for the game Gold Rush?

Are you using a wireless connection or a wired internet connection? Kindly try a wired connection then install the game again.

Is this your first time installing the game? Or you were able to install and play the game before?

Do you also receive any error messages/codes upon installing the game?

Please make sure to have enough space in your storage upon installing the game.

I appreciate the response. If I may ask, is your game Gold Rush a disc game or a digital game?

Proceed to perform the factory reset keep my games and apps:

Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

This will also help sync the data on your console properly. Once you're done, try to check if you will be able to install the game on your console.

I did go trough this step by step and stil nothing the game stops at 65.2% and if I check my internet its still 100%.
